1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the E-LIB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts and Wallets

When you create an account, a digital wallet is assigned to you. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities or actions under your account.

  • Wallet Points: You can earn wallet points by uploading approved study materials (e.g., Notes, Semesters, CTs, PPTs) or by adding funds via our payment gateway.
  • Purchasing Materials: Study materials can be unlocked using your wallet points or direct payment.
  • Withdrawals: Accumulated points from material contributions may be eligible for withdrawal subject to review and approval by administrators.

3. Uploading Content

You retain your rights to any content you submit or display on E-LIB. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and distribute that content to other users on the platform.

  • You agree not to upload any copyrighted material without proper authorization.
  • We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any study material that violates our guidelines or community standards.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments made on the platform are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. By initiating a transaction, you agree to our pricing configuration and acknowledge that certain digital products are non-refundable once unlocked, unless there is a verifiable defect.

5. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

6. Accuracy of Content (MCQs)

While we strive to provide high-quality study materials, our Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and their provided answers may occasionally contain errors. We are not responsible or liable for any academic loss, incorrect information, or wrong answers. You are encouraged to verify the answers independently.
